Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Demonstrated experience delivering behavioral services in school or similar educational settings

- Familiarity with data collection and analysis as well as progress monitoring tools
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Train and support school staff in implementing behavior plans and best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic approaches to student success
- Monitor student progress, collect behavioral data, and adjust plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide ongoing support, consultation, and professional development to educators and families
