Creative Strategist

To support a high-volume paid creative pipeline in fintech, the freelance Creative Strategist & Insights Lead will manage performance insights and analytics, oversee AI-assisted creative production, and coordinate cross-functional meetings while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Own and publish the Weekly Paid Creative Results & Insights readout, providing actionable recommendations based on performance data Act as a hands-on operator in AI tools like Hightouch for insights synthesis and creative production enhancements Participate in weekly strategy sessions and maintain collaboration with paid channel managers and senior stakeholders Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in performance creative strategy, growth marketing, or creative analytics Strong analytics background with the ability to independently pull and interpret creative performance data Hands-on experience with AI creative or analysis tools, demonstrating a track record of testing new tools Exposure to various digital and offline channels, including YouTube, mobile DSPs, and paid landing page conversion work Ability to communicate insights effectively to a wide internal audience and senior leadership Virtual Vocations Inc
