We care, we’re honest, and we hustle—that’s what makes us Clutch. Clutch is looking for a Creative Strategist with agency experience for a client of ours. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for social media strategy and execution (organic & paid), influencer campaigns. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Hold strong relationships with content creators and influencers across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, and/or food & beverage. Responsible for brand growth and integrity across social channels, including shorts, reels, organic, and paid posts. Track key performance metrics and deliver regular reports with actionable insights to present to stakeholders and clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive cross-functional campaigns and meet brand guides. Requirements: Previous experience with an advertising, marketing, or media agency with a focus on social media is required (3-6 years) Proven expertise across social media platforms, influencer campaigns, data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights! Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, or similar required. Experience in social media concepting, ideation, and planning.
