NOW HIRING – CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER

• Location: Stockton, CA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Starting Pay: $24.00/hr
• Employment Type: Full-Time

The position will start at $24/hr, with performance reviews at 30 and 60 days and possible merit increases to $32/hr***

Salary Opportunity

After demonstrating strong performance, the position may transition to a salaried role equivalent to approximately $32/hr.

There is a strong possibility for this position to become a permanent salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote customer service team.
• Handle customer calls, emails, tickets, and escalations.
• Assist with product troubleshooting, returns, repairs, warranties, refunds, and replacements.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Train employees and improve customer service processes.
• Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with other departments to resolve customer and operational issues.
• Provide hands-on customer support while managing the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service or customer experience management.
• Team leadership and employee coaching experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or customer support systems preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on management role.
