Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience noted below Experience: 8+ years of progressive, relevant experience in an IT Program Manager role is required. Deep experience managing moderately complex IT projects from beginning to end, meeting budget, scope, schedule, and benefits targets. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels is required. Additional Qualifications Expert in all aspects of project management including accountability for business case development, end-to-end financial and cost analysis, risk management, and organizational change management. Proficient ability to manage programs involving multiple projects including resource management, generating program-level metrics, program portfolio governance and prioritization. PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgPM (Program Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is highly desirable. SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification and/or Certified ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) is highly desireable. In-depth knowledge and hands on experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), as well as relevant industry standards, best practices. Experience with industry standard project management tools (MS project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps) is required. Generative AI practitioner highly desired. Proven ability to plan and execute the work in agile sprints while providing full transparency into the progress to complete the agreed upon project scope in alignment with project level milestones and deliverables is highly desired. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems development life cycle (SDLC), and enterprise software implementations is required. What We Offer

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $119,000-$178,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
