Paid Social Strategist

Owning the strategic direction and performance of paid social programs, the remote Paid Social Strategist will manage client accounts, develop full-funnel strategies, analyze performance data, and serve as a trusted partner to clients, all while working within the US Eastern Time Zone. Key responsibilities Own the day-to-day paid social strategy and performance narrative for client accounts Develop full-funnel strategies across various platforms, including budget allocation and campaign structure Analyze performance data to identify key drivers and translate insights into actionable recommendations Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience across major social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Demonstrated ability to independently develop paid social strategies based on client goals Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance and create strategic narratives from data Experience in client communication and presenting performance insights confidently Strong understanding of full-funnel paid social strategy and budget management skills
