Events Assistant | Entry-Level | Paid Training

We’re hiring  Entry-Level Events Assistants to support charity events, nonprofit fundraisers, community programs, and live promotional events.

This is a great opportunity for  recent graduates, career changers, and motivated candidates who want hands-on experience in event operations, community outreach, fundraising, marketing, and customer engagement.

No previous event experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with charity events, fundraisers, community programs, and live events
• Help with event setup, registration, materials, and onsite activities
• Welcome and engage with attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members
• Provide information about nonprofit organizations, causes, and fundraising campaigns
• Assist with registrations, sign-ups, and attendee engagement
• Help create an organized, welcoming event environment
• Track attendance and collect basic attendee feedback
• Support promotional and community outreach activities
• Assist with fundraising and donor engagement initiatives
• Work with team members to ensure events run smoothly and attendees have a positive experience

What We’re Looking For

We value  attitude, enthusiasm, reliability, and communication skills more than previous experience.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a high school diploma or GED; college coursework is a plus
• Enjoy meeting and speaking with new people
• Are comfortable in public-facing environments
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are dependable, organized, and adaptable
• Can stay positive in a fast-paced environment
• Are available for occasional evening, weekend, or special-event schedules
• Have an interest in events, nonprofit organizations, fundraising, marketing, or community outreach

No previous event, marketing, or nonprofit experience is required.
