CT Scan Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift, working 3x12-hour nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

We are seeking an experienced CT Scan Technologist to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility and will be proficient in performing a variety of CT imaging procedures using Siemens equipment. The role will involve working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality imaging for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans and produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Administer contrast media as required and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical personnel to provide optimal care.
• Maintain all imaging equipment, ensuring readiness and proper functioning.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging; 6 months experience in a Level 1 Trauma center preferred.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (RT) and CT required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Siemens CT systems, specifically Naeotom Alpha Photon counting and Somaris 10.
• Current state licensure required.
