Where no two days are the same.Location This position is remote and open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.About the role you're considering We are seeking a skilled Software Change Management (SCM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support application migration projects utilizing client’s DBB/Git/IDD Solutions. The SME will play a key role in guiding clients through the Endevor (and other SCMs) DBB/GIT/IDD conversion process, providing technical expertise, hands-on migration support, and training delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong z/OS and mainframe background, experience in application development or system programming, and proven customer interfacing and troubleshooting skills within migration environments.Your role Lead and support Endevor (and other SCMs) DBB/GIT/IDD migration projects. Perform installation, configuration, and problem determination for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems. Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting DBB/GIT/IDD related issues. Conduct customer training sessions and develop presentation materials for DBB/Git/IDD and migration processes. Collaborate with client teams and its stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Document migration processes, best practices, and technical resolutions. Your skills and experience 8 + years as a Systems Programmer or other similar position. Proven 5-7 years of installation and migration experience on IBM z/OS. 4+ years customer-facing consulting experience. Solid problem determination and troubleshooting ability related to IMU. Proficiency in the following: Working knowledge/not high level Groovy Scripts writer

Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a global team. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911-$161,544.
