IST II: Youth Support & Daily Living Skills Coach

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare seeks compassionate Individual Support Technicians to assist youth with I/DD in home and community settings. You will implement PBS and skill acquisition plans, support daily living skills, and promote safe, meaningful independence. The role focuses on hands‑on skill building, caregiver coaching, and data collection to ensure quality service and adherence to NJ ISS guidelines.
