At the Abbie Davis Tanner Agency, we're looking for a motivated Risk Advisor to help individuals, families, and businesses find insurance solutions that fit their unique needs. This is a relationship-driven sales role where you'll educate clients, uncover opportunities, and create customized insurance programs from over 100 top-rated carriers. Responsibilities: Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and virtual communication Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Prepare quotes across multiple carriers and explain coverage options clearly Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline Conduct policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional protection Educate clients on coverage options and answer insurance-related questions Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience Maintain accurate client records and documentation Qualifications: Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable learning new systems and technology Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain—we'll help!)
