Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing environment, managing the full sales cycle (e.g., pipeline management). 5 years of experience leading an enterprise sales team in cybersecurity or IT fields. Experience planning, pitching, and executing business and customer transformation strategy aligned to data and analytics. Preferred qualifications: 7 years of sales experience, focusing on enterprise accounts with global presence. Experience in solution and value selling. Knowledge of products, solutions, and market trends in cybersecurity and cloud. Ability to develop new business in greenfield territories. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for growing our Google Cloud Fraud Defense business in the US and EMEA by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will ensure the team has the necessary promoting skills to build relationships, demonstrate product functionality and comprehensive overviews of key business use cases and close business. You will support the team and the relationships with external customer stakeholders and internal field counterparts, leading with empathy, while identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead a sales team of Enterprise sellers, managing execution, strategy and priorities definition. Develop and maintain a positive and high-performing Security Business team and team culture. Manage the team’s skills development. Drive initiatives to generate pipeline, help and coach the team manage business cycles from lead generation to customer onboarding. Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, acting as an advisor to the team and accounts, both internally and externally. Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Google Cloud Platform teams, Channels, and Product and Engineering teams. Represent Google Cloud Fraud Defense in regional forecasts and team meetings. Serve as stakeholder to regional cloud leads, reporting current, accurate, and timely forecasting and business performance in tools.
