Project Manager

Our client, a financial services organization, is looking for a Project Manager for their Richmond, VA location.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with Card business teams, third-party suppliers, affiliate partners, and internal stakeholders to influence channel and product strategy, including test and product optimizations and enhancements, driving efficiencies and bottom-line impacts.
• Own and maintain a roadmap for an LOB, managing the intent intake, refinement and prioritization of work.
• Responsible for affiliate intent delivery, including understanding business intent and bringing intent to market through hands-on work with technical systems.
• Work with third-party vendors and third-party affiliates to communicate changes and ensure accurate and timely execution of intent and marketing campaigns.
• Help onboard new affiliate partners and off-board affiliate partners that are no longer driving value for us.
• Collaborate and coordinate alignment between multiple up-and-downstream stakeholder groups across all Client businesses and 2nd- and 3rd-line risk bodies.
• Create, maintain, and store formal process documents and artifacts required for audit purposes.
• Track and resolve problems; escalate breakdowns and issues by asking the right questions and identifying/involving the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns.

• Able to balance multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
