AIR Communities uses industry leading technology for a modern approach to maintenance so our Maintenance Technicians can help as many residents as possible each day. Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges.AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward hard work and excellent customer service including:Expected hourly rate of $24.00-$26.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses.
