Resource Options is partnering with a leading plumbing, heating, and cooling company on Cape Cod in their search for a Residential Plumbing Service Technician. This position focuses on residential service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Service water heaters, fixtures, drains, water piping, waste piping, and related systems Communicate repair options and recommendations to homeowners Complete service reports and required documentation Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools Deliver outstanding customer service Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Experience with water heaters, fixture replacement, leak repairs, drain systems, and residential plumbing installations Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Pay Range: $35.00/hr. - $50.00/hr.
