Data Analyst I

Our client, a Communications company, is looking for a Data Analyst I for their Phoenix, AZ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities
• Investigating root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
• Analyzing data from daily reports on closed tickets and workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Researching and resolving complex or unfamiliar issues
• Documenting findings, recommendations, and process changes
• Collaborating with business partners to streamline and simplify work

Requirements include:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process improvement or operational support
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable
• Ability to work independently and through ambiguity
• SQL experience preferred, but not required

• Identifies patterns and trends
• Asks questions and challenges inefficient processes
• Takes ownership and follows issues through resolution
