Financial Solutions Advisor - Westchester / Bronx Market

We are seeking a professional to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions. Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs. Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities. Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended. Job Expectations Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. Maintain SAFE Act registration; submit required background checks. Failure may result in disciplinary action up to termination. Required Qualifications Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 & 65 in lieu of 66). Offer may be extended if missing series is earned within 60 days. At least one year experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products. At least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment with met or exceeded goals. Sets and accomplishes goals, builds and nurtures relationships, collaborates effectively, communicates confidently, manages priorities, adapts to new information, and incorporates regulatory due diligence. Desired Qualifications Strong computer skills with ability to multitask. At least three years experience in the financial service industry and/or sales environment with exceeded goals. Additional certifications such as CFP and/or CRPC. Obtained insurance licenses. Schedule Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays. Shift 1st shift (United States of America). Pay Annual salary range: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 (based on experience); eligible for formulaic incentive plan.
