Patient Growth
Create compelling stories that educate, inspire, and attract our ideal patients.
Responsibilities:
Capture patient success stories,Film educational content with providers,Document transformations, create short-form and long-form content, build a library of content that can be repurposed for paid advertising, collaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns
Outcome: More people discover Apex and choose us because they understand who we are and what we do.
Brand Development
Build a recognizable, trusted, and respected brand across every platform.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a consistent brand voice, capture behind-the-scenes culture, tell founder stories, highlight clinical expertise
showcase community involvement, document events and milestones
Outcome: Apex becomes the most recognized and trusted performance healthcare brand in our market for athletes. CEO builds credibility as an industry expert.
Recruiting
Tell stories that make exceptional people want to join Apex.
Responsibilities:
Capture team culture, produce "Day in the Life" content, highlight mentorship and professional growth, showcase leadership development, feature employee stories, support hiring campaigns
Outcome: Great clinicians seek out Apex because they want to be part of our culture.
Weekly Deliverables
Reels (Meta), LinkedIn posts, daily stories across Meta platforms,1 long-form video or feature story, patient testimonials, team spotlight content,recruiting content, professional photography, content library organized for future use
Success Metrics
Content Production:
160+ pieces of content per week, content published consistently across all platforms, organized content library
Engagement:
Minimum of 10 posts each month exceeding 5,000 views, increase in engagement rate, increase in shares and saves
growth in followers across platforms
Marketing Impact:
Increased organic reach, increased patient inquiries originating from social media, creation of high-performing content suitable for paid advertising
Recruiting Impact:
Increased clinician applicants, increased engagement with recruiting content, growth in employer brand awareness
