Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Opportunity Sourcing Analysts to identify, surface, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Opportunity Sourcing Analysts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Analysts:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Perform front-end opportunity screening and context framing

• Introduce opportunities to aligned capital allocators and sponsors

• Earn transaction-based compensation on opportunities that close

• Build a verified sourcing and deal attribution record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with strong pattern recognition and early visibility into transactions, even if they are not executing or underwriting deals themselves.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may:

• Identify and source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Provide high-level opportunity context (asset or business profile, structure, economics, and rationale)

• Introduce opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Coordinate initial introductions between opportunity principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (Initio Sphere analysts handle underwriting and modeling)

Opportunity Sourcing Analysts are not responsible for financial modeling, underwriting, or capital raising.

Eligible Opportunity Types

Based on approval, Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, thematic, or opportunistic investments

Opportunity categories are approved based on demonstrated sourcing judgment, domain familiarity, and signal quality.

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst contribution

• No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality sourced opportunities

Activation Process

To become an Opportunity Sourcing Analyst:

1. Submit an application with background and sourcing focus

2. Complete verification and opportunity category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified opportunities

There is no cold outreach and no blind pitching.
All introductions are made through curated, platform-driven channels.
