Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Opportunity Sourcing Analysts to identify, screen, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Opportunity Sourcing Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Opportunity Sourcing Analysts:

• Source and surface proprietary or off-market investment opportunities

• Perform high-level screening and opportunity qualification

• Introduce vetted opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Coordinate initial introductions and information flow

• Earn transaction-based compensation for opportunities that result in closed deals

• Build a verified Sourcing & Deal Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with early access to transactions who can combine relationship-driven sourcing with investment judgment .

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may:

Opportunity Sourcing & Screening

• Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Surface early-stage transactions, capital needs, or special situations

• Conduct high-level screening for investment fit and sponsor credibility

• Provide concise opportunity summaries (asset, structure, size, thesis, timing)

Deal Introduction & Coordination

• Introduce qualified opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts and advisors

• Maintain sourcing discipline and quality standards

Opportunity Sourcing Analysts do not perform underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.

Eligible Opportunity Types

Based on approval and background, Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity investments

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, distressed, or opportunistic transactions

Opportunity categories are approved based on sourcing credibility, access, and demonstrated judgment.

Compensation & Economics

• Opportunity Sourcing Analysts earn success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Performance bonuses may apply for repeat quality and strategic value

• Compensation is paid upon successful deal close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and sourcing role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality opportunity flow

2. Complete verification and opportunity-category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified opportunities through curated channels

There is no cold applying to funds and no blind pitching.
Approved opportunities are introduced through platform-driven, high-signal processes.

• Provide investment advice

• Solicit securities

• Market investments to the general public

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to opportunity sourcing, screening, and introductions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
