We're looking for an experienced Canvassing Manager to build and lead a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. This is a leadership role for someone who has already proven they can recruit, train, and manage canvassers.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and onboard canvassers on an ongoing basis
Design and deliver training on pitch scripts, objection handling, and lead qualification
Set and track daily/weekly KPIs (doors knocked, appointments set, conversion rates)
Manage territory assignments and scheduling
Coach canvassers in the field and provide ongoing performance feedback
Handle discipline, retention, and team morale
Report results and pipeline data to sales/marketing leadership

Requirements

Prior experience managing a canvassing team required — home improvement, solar, pest control, or similar door-to-door industry strongly preferred
Proven track record of hiring and retaining canvassers
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Comfortable working outdoors and in the field with your team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

What We Offer

$150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
