Job Description JOB DETAILS Pay Range: $21.50 - $22.50 Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, plus overtime based on production needs Job Summary Production Associate 1 performsentry-level assembly and/or glass productionofWindows & Doors.Followswell-defined standard works with guidance and oversight. Collaborateswith experienced teammates to develop new skills.Meetssafety, quality,and on-time delivery standards while minimizing waste and cost. Meets production targets whilemaintainingproduction flow. Key Responsibilities Follow safe practices andwearrequired PPEat all times. Fabricate, assemble,andliftwindowand/or doorunits. Identifyproblemsandcommunicate issues. Perform housekeepingdutiesin designated work areas. Assistwith training co-workers. Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed byleadership. Physical Requirements& Work Environment Ability tolift upto 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods. Frequent walking, bending, reaching,twisting,lifting, and using repetitive motion. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with typical manufacturing conditions. Required use ofappropriate personalprotective equipment (PPE). Qualifications Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes. Ability to safely move materials andoperatehand and power tools as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed.
