Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction or project management industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

• Liaise with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
