Confidential Employer. Job Description Lead municipal transportation engineering projects from planning through construction. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Manage project teams while mentoring engineers and technical staff. Coordinate with municipalities, government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders. Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates. Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and funding coordination. Ensure quality deliverables and regulatory compliance. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver successful infrastructure projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 6+ years of municipal transportation engineering experience. Strong project management and client relationship skills. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
