Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction or project management industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. A strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and regulations. Day-to-Day Oversee daily project operations, ensuring all activities align with the project plan. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges. Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve technical issues. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices. Facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, address concerns, and maintain alignment. Liaise with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
