This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment with an abundance of growth opportunities for our most talented team members./ph3What We Offer/h3ulliOpportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environment/liliComprehensive insurance plans - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and flexible savings account/lili401(k) plus match/liliUnlimited professional training opportunities/liliPaid vacation days, sick days, and holidays/liliOpportunity for advancement in a growing company/liliBrand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment/li/ulh3What An Ordinary Day Of Work May Look Like/h3ulliMake regular customer contacts by the means outlined by management such as floor time, phone ups, mail, and personal visits./liliMaintain a record of all customer contacts and regularly report the progress to the sales manager./liliObtain the training necessary for factory qualifications and the product knowledge for each model./liliPerform regular and scheduled contacts with previous customers and report the performance to the sales manager./liliTake test-drives with customers according to managements guidelines for personal safety./liliPresent to management all offers made by customers to purchase vehicles./liliPrepare and process the required paperwork to finalize the vehicle sale./liliDeliver vehicles to customers, collect any monies due, and process the trade-in as requested by management./liliArrange the first service appointment for customers and contact the customer before and after the first appointment./li/ulh3The Opportunity Is For You If You Have/h3ulliMinimum of 3-5 years automotive sales experience preferred/liliExcellent verbal and math skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated./liliAbility to be insured to operate a motor vehicle./liliClear focus on delivering work of the highest quality/liliWilling to submit to a drug test and criminal background check/liliMaintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times/liliSelf-motivated and diligent/li/ulpPay range for this role is: $75,000 - $300,000 per year/ppEmployee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity./ppThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
