Twin City Staffing is hiring a metal shop helper for a growing facility in the St. Michael area! This role offers a rotating 12-hour schedule, providing a great balance of consistent hours and extra days off. Location: St. Michael, MN area Wage: $20.00/hr. (Day) | $21.00/hr. (Night) Hours: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM or 9:00 PM 9:00 AM (Rotating Shifts)

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun

Week 2: Wed, Thu

Duties of the metal shop helper:

• Rack and un-rack various metal parts
• Load and unload components from the furnace
• Grind and polish metal parts to specifications
• Clean and inspect finished products for quality
• Package metal parts securely for shipment
• Maintain a safe and organized shop floor

Requirements of the metal shop helper:

• Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Steel-toe boots are required
