Resource Management: Oversee inventory and equipment, ensuring your team has the tools they need to succeed safely and effectively. Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside our sales and executive teams to shape the strategic direction of the company. Preferred Extras Bilingual in English and Spanish (Highly preferred). Requirements What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations management. Leadership Heart: Proven experience leading large, diverse teams with a focus on mentorship and servant leadership. Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience managing P&L and budgeting. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you can navigate a boardroom and a supply closet with equal grace. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite and modern business management software.
