Senior Project Manager - CNS (North America)

Senior Project Manager needed to lead Phase I-IV clinical trials from initiation through completion for a global CRO. The role combines strategic oversight, cross-functional team leadership, and client relationship management with responsibility for project delivery across timeline, quality, and budget metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering Phase I-IV clinical trials from start-up through closeout
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and risk management against timeline and budget objectives
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
• Serve as primary client contact to build relationships and ensure satisfaction with deliverables
• Monitor financial performance and drive process improvements across assigned projects

Requirements

• University degree in life science or related certification; equivalent professional experience acceptable
• Minimum 7 years clinical pharmaceutical or CRO industry experience with project management demonstrated
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and CNS clinical research project management required
• Strong knowledge of ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practice, and international regulatory requirements
• Project management software proficiency and solid financial budgeting acumen
• Fluent English (written and verbal); valid passport and driver's license; willingness to travel internationally
• Organizational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Compensation: $128,500–$254,500 annually
