By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls.Read and interpret blueprints, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts.Splice, join, and connect wire to form circuits, and determine the appropriate wiring methods for installations.Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to detect and resolve problems and ensure compliance with safety codes.Troubleshoot and repair or replace defective electrical equipment, components, and wiring.Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.Recommended QualificationsJourneyman Electrician license or equivalent.5+ years experience with industrial electrical systems (480V, 3-phase).Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and safety codes (NEC, NFPA 70E).Experience with VFDs, motor controls, and instrumentation.Bonus QualificationsAdditional certifications or trainingJob Titles That Should ApplyIndustrial Electrician, Maintenance Electrician, Electrical Technician, PLC Technician, Automation Electrician, Control Systems Technician, Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, Machine Electrician, Field ElectricianWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
