Litigation Legal Assistant - Carlsbad

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a reputable and well-established law firm in Carlsbad to identify an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a team of busy litigation attorneys. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and is capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of litigation legal assistant experience to be considered.

Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, revise, and finalize a broad range of litigation documents, including pleadings, documents, discovery responses and agreements
• Manage state and federal e ‑ filings, ensuring strict compliance with court rules, procedures, and filing deadlines
• Provide comprehensive litigation support, including case management, file organization, and discovery tracking
• Act as a professional liaison with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors
• Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and track all litigation deadlines
• Prepare and process billing entries and expense reports with accuracy
• Proactively monitor and follow up on critical deadlines to ensure timely completion of all tasks
