Supplemental Instruction Leader (Student)

Job Details Department: Supplemental Instruction Time Type: Part time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Part-time. 7 - 10 hours per week. Salary Range: $18.40 - $20.00 per hour. Essential Functions Attend and engage in their supported class, take notes, and familiarize themselves with the course assignments. Plan and prepare for weekly SI sessions. Facilitate one (two-hour) or two (one-hour) weekly review sessions. Distribute SI session sign-in sheets for each SI session. Attend and fully participate in ongoing tutor training and cohort meetings. Conduct peer observations of fellow SI Leaders. Meet with SI staff at least twice per semester. Meet with their supported faculty member at least twice per semester. Accurately complete time sheets and surveys in a timely manner. Distribute end of the semester survey to their supported course.
