This role is responsible for meeting with homeowners, assessing comfort needs, designing customized heating and cooling solutions, and closing high-value residential HVAC projects. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and motivated by performance-based earnings. You will be provided with qualified leads and are expected to deliver a professional in-home sales experience from consultation to signed agreement. Responsibilities: Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify replacement or upgrade opportunities Perform load calculations and recommend properly sized systems Present financing options and explain rebates or promotions Build trust and educate homeowners on energy efficiency and long-term savings Close sales and accurately document contracts Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project completion Maintain follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals Qualifications: Prior HVAC, in-home sales, or home improvement sales experience preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently Self-motivated with a strong closing ability Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: Performance-based commission structure High earning potential for top performers Ongoing training and career growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr County Comfort Services
