Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license from the state of Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Background in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students across a variety of settings (classroom, pull-out, virtual as assigned)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices and support student growth
• Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to education plans for each student served
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all ages from kindergarten through high school
