First Shift Production Associate

Position Summary We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in our fast-paced healthcare laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. If you are ready to make a commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvements, then we want to hear from you! Essential Functions Feeding clean items into machines that fold or iron. Sorting and packing linens for delivery to hospital partners. Sorting soiled linens or recently washed linens. Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift. Work around industrial machinery, in varying temperatures and conditions (dust, humidity, noise, etc.). Meet production standards and KPIs. Qualifications Good analytical skills to determine the number of carts required for orders. Ability to work in a noisy fast-paced environment. Capacity to stand and move for entire work shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift. Preferred: Previous experience working in a laundry or production environment.
