What You’ll Do Assist in the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations. Participate in month‑end close procedures, including prepaid expenses, accruals, deferred revenue, and reconciliations. Support cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Support payroll processing and benefits reconciliations. Help prepare audit documentation and support tax filings, including 1099 reporting and nexus review. Assist with system implementations, process improvements, and scaling accounting operations. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. Hands‑on NetSuite experience across the full accounting cycle. Solid grasp of GAAP and month‑end close processes. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Advanced Excel proficiency. Active Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one. Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. What Makes You Stand Out Exposure to an acquisition integration. Background in systems implementations or scaling accounting operations in a high‑growth environment. Experience working in an early‑stage or startup environment.
