About the Role Engage with DEI and Talent Acquisition teams within enterprise companies to provide solutions that improve the hiring and retention of diverse talent – especially among black professionals. Generate new revenue by: Partnering closely with leaders of the Hearty and Black Achievers teams already in warm conversations with clients (handoff). Building relationships with key leaders in local Black Achievers geographic markets. Conducting new cold and warm outreach, with support from the Hearty Collectives team and software solutions. What We're Looking for Mid‑to‑senior level experience selling to enterprise customers. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders over a long period, win and grow business as a trusted partner. Experience within an early‑stage company, on an innovative product, and/or on a small team. Comfortable figuring things out when needed and functioning with minimal support. Personal experience with the challenges of being an under‑represented minority and a passion for the cause. High‑energy, self‑starter, accustomed to meeting a quota and handling rejection. Excellent follow‑ups, accurate CRM management, and strong professional references. Preferably based in the Cincinnati area (remote work with in‑person meetings at a downtown shared office at least weekly). Some travel required.
