Finance Lecturer (AI Training) About the Role We're looking for finance lecturers and economists to help shape how AI understands financial and economic reasoning. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI outputs in one of the most consequential domains - ensuring AI systems reason accurately about markets, valuation, risk, and beyond. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that fits around your existing schedule. Work independently, on your own time, and make a meaningful impact on the future of AI.

- Review AI-generated finance questions, explanations, and reasoning for accuracy and clarity
- Evaluate complex financial concepts including valuation, risk management, and market behavior
- Provide structured, expert feedback to improve how AI reasons through financial problems
- Identify common misconceptions and gaps in AI-generated financial content
- Apply your teaching experience to assess whether explanations are pedagogically sound
- Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments
- 3+ years of experience teaching finance or economics at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics
- Able to critically evaluate written financial reasoning with precision and clarity
- Comfortable reviewing and assessing structured content at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable working in an asynchronous remote environment
- Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Industry or applied finance experience (investment banking, asset management, fintech, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI systems, model evaluation, or data annotation workflows
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs
