Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 Days Remote / 2 Days Onsite)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour (English Only) | $19.00/hour (Bilingual Spanish/English)
Start Date: October 2026
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Residency Requirement: Must live within 25 miles of the office

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs)
• Navigate multiple systems while providing high-quality customer support

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required; Spanish/English bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
• Previous customer service experience required
• Call center experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work the assigned hybrid schedule
• Must reside within 25 miles of the Sandy Springs office

Compensation:

• $17.00/hour for English-only candidates
• $19.00/hour for bilingual Spanish/English candidates
