• Scan and digitize physical documents to ensure accurate electronic recordkeeping and proper filing within the company's document management system.
• Process high volumes of Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and driver trip envelopes , including scanning, indexing, document verification, and customer validation.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper classification before processing and filing.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic records while adhering to established company procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily office operations and ensure departmental deadlines and customer expectations are consistently met.
• Assist with additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Previous 3PL (third-party logistics) experience is required.
• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Must be available to work overtime as required based on business needs.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications .
• Ability to learn and adapt to company systems, processes, and procedures.
