Administrative Associate (Onsite: Odessa, TX)

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable administrative professional who can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay Rate: Up to $21.00/hour, depending on experience.
• Assignment Length: 12-month contract with the high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
• Shift Details: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm | 10 days ON, 4 days OFF

Responsibilities:

• Perform simple, routine, and repetitive administrative functions to support the team and ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using computer and Excel skills.
• Support team members with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience processing timesheets, work orders, and invoices.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills with vendors, employees, and management.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Adaptable to changing work processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
