G&E Elite Exteriors is growing, and we’re looking for  experienced Roofing Sales Representatives / Project Managers to join our Oklahoma City team.

We’re looking for individuals who already understand the roofing and restoration industry but are still  motivated, competitive, coachable, and hungry to grow.

We’re looking for experienced professionals who are willing to continue learning, follow a proven process, work as part of a team, and hold themselves accountable for their performance.

If you know how to generate business, inspect roofs, work with homeowners, manage your customers, and move roofing projects from the initial inspection through completion, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through  door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and company opportunities
• Meet and build relationships with homeowners
• Perform residential roof and exterior inspections
• Identify and properly document storm-related property damage
• Take detailed photos and maintain accurate job documentation
• Educate homeowners about the roofing and restoration process
• Conduct sales appointments and present roofing and exterior solutions
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Meet with insurance adjusters when required
• Review scopes of loss and help identify missing or overlooked items
• Maintain communication with customers throughout their project
• Coordinate with the G&E Elite team from initial inspection through production and completion
• Oversee your projects and help ensure customers receive an excellent experience
• Generate referrals and build repeat business
• Represent G&E Elite Exteriors professionally in the field and community

• Familiar with storm restoration and insurance-related roofing projects
• Organized and consistent with customer follow-up
• Capable of managing multiple customers and projects
• Professional, dependable, and accountable
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting residential roofs
• Interested in growing with a company rather than simply finding their next roofing job

Requirements

• Previous roofing sales and/or roofing project management experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to safely climb ladders and inspect residential roofs
• Ability to work outdoors
• Smartphone and ability to use mobile applications and CRM systems
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to the team
