Position Overview

Moroccanoil is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the brand marketing and go-to-market (GTM) development for our Haircare category, the leading category of business for the brand. As the architect of GTM strategy, this individual will bring product and brand narratives to life in partnership with cross functional teams to drive executional excellence for both core and new product launches.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop 360° GTM campaign concepts that support new launches, seasonal storytelling, and reanimation of core franchises across the Hair Care portfolio.
• Define the strategic role of each campaign moment within the larger brand narrative
• Spearhead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for North America, working collaboratively with Sales, Trade Marketing, Education, Digital/E-comm, Social, Retail, Creative, Operations and International teams to bring campaigns to life across all channels.
• Collaborate with channel partners and adapt campaigns to fit distribution needs (e.g., salons, distributor stores, e-commerce, retail), ensuring consistency and relevance at every touchpoint.
• Initiate and guide the development of creative assets for new launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives across all platforms, including print, digital, and in-store.
• Oversee the cross-functional marketing calendar , identifying white space opportunities and presenting concepts to reenergize core products.
• Monitor competitive activity and stay ahead of trends to inform positioning, innovation opportunities, and market differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within beauty or CPG category (e.g., cosmetics, wellness, fashion, haircare, prestige retail).
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing integrated GTM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to execution with cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with Creative, Education, Sales, Trade Marketing and Digital functions.
• Exposure to vendor/agency management and production workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Passion for the beauty industry; understanding of specialty retail and the salon channel and/or stylist mindset is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) a plus.
• Experience in Ai technology to improve efficiencies, assist creative, and enhance marketing programs.
