The Role: Chief of Staff We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Clark’s strategic initiatives. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role supporting the founders and leadership team in driving organizational effectiveness, scaling operations, and maintaining relentless focus on outcomes as we grow. You will work cross-functionally, lead special projects, and be at the heartbeat of a talent-dense, fully onsite team. What You’ll Do Partner directly with the founders to drive key initiatives from ideation to execution Lead and coordinate critical projects and operational improvements across the organization Build, optimize, and track processes that enhance execution and enable scale Prepare leadership for key meetings and strategic decisions through research, analysis, and synthesis of information Serve as a bridge across business units, ensuring alignment and effective communication Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions Represent Clark in select internal and external engagements Help build a culture of excellence, transparency, and ownership Who You Are 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field—even better if B2B tech, SaaS, or a high-growth startup Highly organized, analytical, and capable of owning turnkey execution Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder across all levels Thrive in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment with direct access to decision-makers Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to make a tangible impact in a scaling organization Bonus Experience supporting an executive team or working in chief of staff, strategy, or special projects roles Exposure to AI, enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, or accounting/audit sectors Early-stage startup experience How We Work Fully onsite in NYC, five days a week — no remote or hybrid High-pace, high-ownership, and direct reporting to Clark leadership Your results drive your recognition and growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + meaningful early-stage equity Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO (and we mean it) Wellhub Platinum membership (gyms, studios, wellness apps) Dinner provided every night you’re in the office Top-tier equipment and tools of your choice Clark is an equal opportunity employer.
