Emergency Medicine Physician

Location: Vero Beach, Florida

Position Overview

A premier healthcare system on Florida’s Treasure Coast is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a high-performing Emergency Department in beautiful Vero Beach, FL .

This opportunity offers strong compensation, flexible scheduling, excellent specialty support, and the lifestyle benefits of coastal Florida living — all with no state income tax .

Compensation & Benefits

$200/hr base + 9.60/RVU + 10/hr Metrics + 20/hr night differential. Current group average is $300-330 per hour. Annualized range is $300,000-$350,000 depending on productivity.
Generous sign-on bonus of $40,000
Night differential pay

Emergency Department Profile

60,000 annual ED visits
42-bed Emergency Department
- Planned expansion/renovation adding additional ED beds in 2025
Flexible scheduling with:
- 10-hour shifts
- 11-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
- The minimum # of hours per month is 120 by working 3-4 shifts per week
Daily APP coverage with experienced support team
Excellent subspecialty backup
