Community Education Coordinator

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Long Term Care Community Education Coordinator position in the Houston area. Job Description: The primary function is to act as a liaison between the Company and the community regarding community and long-term care patient needs. Responsibilities include promoting Hospice programs and services while maintaining standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human, financial, and equipment resources.
