Medical Receptionist

Ultimate Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for a Medical Receptionist opening in Wendell, NC!

This is a Full-Time, Temp-Perm, IN OFFICE position!

Pay: $17-$18/hour

Hours: M-F 7:45am - 5pm

Prior experience in a medical office required.

Job Duties:

Answer phones, schedule and direct patients to appropriate areas/people

Perform routine administrative duties such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.

Register patients according to company policies and procedures while also ensuring required forms are completed and signed by patients.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required.

MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.

Excellent telephone etiquette, dynamic personality, and exceptional customer service skills REQUIRED

1-2 years of Medical Front Desk Receptionist experience or equivalent strongly desired!
