Physical Therapist

Physical TherapistThe Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapies to help patients achieve optimal functional recovery. Treatment may include land-based therapy, manual techniques, and modalities such as dry needling, laser, kinesio-taping, and electrical stimulation.This role also includes supervising PTAs and Technicians, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations of patients.Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.Supervise and provide direction to PTAs and Technicians.Lead and support Physical Therapy department growth and staff development.Collaborate in case conferences, in-service trainings, and education programs.Communicate patient progress and discharge plans to referring physicians.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach.Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards.QualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.Active Texas Physical Therapy license (in good standing).CPR certification preferred.Strong skills in treating musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Outpatient care experience preferred (new grads considered).Dry Needling certification preferred; ART or Graston certification a plus.Benefits50% employer-paid medical insurance2 weeks PTO$500 annual CME allowance
