What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology services at high-volume hospitals
• Perform procedures including pacemaker and defibrillator implants, ablations, and device management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including EP cardiologists, surgeons, and APPs
• Participate in inpatient rounding and outpatient follow-up
• Utilize Cerner EMR system (transitioning to Epic planned)
• Contribute to teaching and mentoring residents and fellows
• Help manage a growing patient panel with strong referral streams
• Cover shared call responsibilities (2:1 ratio)
• Travel between multiple practice locations as needed

What You Need

• Michigan Medical License
• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease or Electrophysiology
• Active in state-specific medical board
• Minimum 3 years EP experience
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Prior experience in a teaching hospital
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Leadership experience or interest
