• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Deliver intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics
• Provide anesthesia services across a broad range of surgical specialties including:

• Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages and ASA classes (including pediatrics and geriatrics)
• Provide airway management services as needed
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications
• Deliver post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EPIC EMR
• Travel to other ambulatory sites as operational needs arise
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Work within a fast-paced ambulatory division alongside 40+ CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians
• No lapsed or new graduate candidates
• Not open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidates
• Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
• Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
• Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa Candidates

Submission Requirements

• CRNA Certification (NBCRNA) [REQUIRED]
• Active Michigan RN License (must have in hand at time of presentation, no exceptions) [REQUIRED]
• State Specialty Certification [REQUIRED]
• BLS Certification [REQUIRED]
• ACLS Certification [REQUIRED]
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience (not including RN or training) [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
• Clean Malpractice and License History [REQUIRED]
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Anesthesia [REQUIRED]
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
• Visa Status (H1B or J1 if applicable) [REQUIRED] to disclose
